Below are a selection of our easy to prepare dishes for you to try. We don't buy into all that guff about "too much hassle" or "rather have a pot noodle." We are what we eat, and if you only eat that kind of food on a long session it will heavily impact on your health and energy levels. Pot Noodles are great as a quick snack but they don't provide you with everything you need to stay alert and fuelled. So don't be a chump- get down your local supermarket, buy a few fresh ingredients and have a crack at it. You never know... you might just enjoy yourself.
Chorizo Sausage Stew
HOW EASY IS IT:

PREPERATION TIME: 8-10mns
INGREDIENTS:
Chorizo sausages - 1 medium onion, diced - 1 cloves garlic, crushed - 8 baby potatoes, halved - 1 can chopped tomatoes - sea salt - 1 can cannellini beans - Fresh parsley - Olive oil - French bread for mopping up sauce (optional).
